Verification Media: Photos uploaded by the Client to verify workout completion and track physical progress.
Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used strictly for the following:
Developing and adjusting your personalized training programs.
Verifying workout completion to manage the Accountability Fee system.
Processing subscription payments and billing.
Communicating program updates and coaching feedback.
3. Data Retention & Photo Privacy
Workout Photos: Photos uploaded for workout verification are stored securely within your client dashboard. These photos are used solely for coaching verification and progress tracking.
Marketing: We will never use your progress or verification photos for marketing or social media without your explicit, written consent.
Retention: We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with essential third-party service providers, such as:
Fitness Coaching Platforms: To host your dashboard and workout plans.
Payment Processors: To securely handle transactions and accountability fees.
5. Your Rights

1. Scope of Services
The Trainer agrees to provide a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment and coaching focused on Essential Movement Patterns. Services include:
Evaluation of fundamental movement patterns.
Identification of physical limitations and asymmetries.
Delivery of a personalized training program based on assessment data.
2. Billing and Cancellation Policy
Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a [Weekly/Monthly] recurring basis.
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal.
Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be submitted before the next billing date. * No Refunds: All payments are final. No refunds or pro-rated credits will be issued for partial months or unused sessions upon cancellation.
3. Accountability & Completion Fees (The "Incomplete" Charge)
To ensure progress and adherence to the program, the following accountability protocol is strictly enforced:
Completion Requirements: A workout is considered "Complete" only when the Client:
Uploads a photo of themselves performing the workout to the dashboard.
Selects the "Workout Complete" tab within the dashboard.
Incomplete Fee: A $3.00 surcharge will be applied for every scheduled workout that is not marked as complete per the requirements above.
Processing: These fees will be tallied and charged to the payment method on file at the end of each billing cycle.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate health history information and to perform all movements within their comfort level. The Client acknowledges that fitness training involves inherent risks of injury.
